Long-term, you could end up with thousands of dollars in floor damage, if you depend on their plant saucer to protect your floor from plant water. Originally I left an excited review in Etsy about the product because it was SO pretty! But a few months later I moved the plant (with saucer under it) and found moisture. So the $75.76 grand total I spent on a plant saucer is out the window, because it doesn’t do the main thing it’s for. I’m also out the time and energy I spent hunting down the right thing, which I’ll never get back. I write the seller and Etsy. The seller ignored me and Etsy doesn’t care because apparently they only care if the product works for 100 days, not if the seller is a fraud. Fortunately I caught it before the moisture damaged the floor. We have real wood floors with a typical interlocking system; so if I hadn’t caught it in time, one panel couldn’t have been fixed, the whole room would need the floor replaced for it to match, meaning thousands of dollars to get it back to the way it was! I’m guessing that the large plant had been drinking most of the water, so that not much accumulated, as I was always careful to check for overflow and none accumulated i

As a landscape architect it is hard not to be able to touch/see/experience large pot(s) for clients. My client wanted the only purple planters we could find for a deck and we had so much trouble getting a wide enough mouth on a pot for the entry. We could not be more pleased with all the help,communications, dedication, and joy that all the employees from the Austin location bring. You are safe to order from afar as they will fend for you, fill the holes, and wrap them spectacularly for shipment. We could not be more pleased and would use them again many times over!! We worked with Livingston and what a helpful and communicative person - he was right there. All wonderful people in the heat of the summer. Wonderful and necessary to clone<:)

We picked out the perfect water feature fountain and the staff were very helpful in getting the piece into our truck along with helpful hints about getting maximum enjoyment from our purchase. This is our third Ten Tousand Pots water feature. We love what they add to our patio and landscaping in both the front and back yard.

I purchased an OUTDOOR fountain from ten thousand pots 2 months ago and after the freeze my fountain completely cracked all over. It is not salvageable and the company said all they could do was give us 30% discount towards the purchase of a new fountain. These fountains are designed for outdoor use and I seriously doubt all their out door pots in their lot don’t crack after the freeze. They clearly sold a defective fountain to me and they will not replace it. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
